Fettuccine Marinara Hamzah



Ingredients :-
  • Mix Seafood 100 gm
  • Whipped Cream 100 ml
  • Garlic (chopped) 3 cloves
  • Bay Leaf 1 piece
  • Origano 1 pinch
  • Basil 1 pinch
  • Corn Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Fish Stock 1 bowl
  • Parmesan Cheese
Methods :-

  1. Heat Oil
  2. Saute garlic
  3. Add fish stock
  4. Put in whipped cream and all herbs plus seasoning
  5. Use slow fire
  6. Off heat when sauce is thick and tasted
Preparing Fettucine
  1. Fettuccine to be boil and saute with garlic and seasoning ( a little bit of crushed garlic and a little bit of salt)
  2. Pour sauce
  3. Sprinkle a little of parmesan cheese
  4. Ready to be served...) yummy
