Ingredients :-
- Mix Seafood 100 gm
- Whipped Cream 100 ml
- Garlic (chopped) 3 cloves
- Bay Leaf 1 piece
- Origano 1 pinch
- Basil 1 pinch
- Corn Oil 1 teaspoon
- Fish Stock 1 bowl
- Parmesan Cheese
- Heat Oil
- Saute garlic
- Add fish stock
- Put in whipped cream and all herbs plus seasoning
- Use slow fire
- Off heat when sauce is thick and tasted
- Fettuccine to be boil and saute with garlic and seasoning ( a little bit of crushed garlic and a little bit of salt)
- Pour sauce
- Sprinkle a little of parmesan cheese
- Ready to be served...) yummy
