- Margarine 150 gm
- Butter 150 gm
- Brownie Mix 500 gm
- Eggs 5 ( grade B )
- Evaporated Milk 50 gm
Method :-
- Beat Margarine and butter using medium speed till creamy
- Fold in Brownie mix and 1 egg first
- Slowly fold in the rest of the eggs one by one
- Add in Milk and Nuts (optional)
Topping (Cheese)
- Cream Cheese (philadelphia brand) 250gm
- Castor Sugar 1/2 mug
- Egg 1
- Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Methods :-
- Add all ingrdients into a bowl and beat till creamy
- Then layer it on top of the brownie cake mixture
- Lastly heat it in over with slow temperature at 130 ' C for an hour
