Brownie Cheese Faezah




  • Margarine 150 gm
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Brownie Mix 500 gm
  • Eggs 5 ( grade B )
  • Evaporated Milk 50 gm

Method :-

  1. Beat Margarine and butter using medium speed till creamy
  2. Fold in Brownie mix and 1 egg first
  3. Slowly fold in the rest of the eggs one by one
  4. Add in Milk and Nuts (optional)

Topping (Cheese)

  • Cream Cheese (philadelphia brand) 250gm
  • Castor Sugar 1/2 mug
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon

Methods :-

  1. Add all ingrdients into a bowl and beat till creamy
  2. Then layer it on top of the brownie cake mixture
  3. Lastly heat it in over with slow temperature at 130 ' C for an hour
