Nasi Goreng Tom Yam






A
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 5 cm Ginger, minced

  • 3 stalks Lemon grass, thinly sliced
  • 15 g Wild ginger flower, sliced
  • 1 stalk Coriander leaves, sliced
  • 1 g Kaffir lime leaves, sliced
  • 100 g Pineapple, from can, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 500 g Rice, cooked
  • 200 g Prawns, peeled
  • 2 packets MAGGI Nasi Goreng Tom Yam

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil and stir-fry Ingredients A until lightly browned. Add in MAGGI Nasi Goreng Tom Yam and fry until aromatic.
  2. Stir in prawns and pineapple cubes; fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in rice, egg and Ingredients B; fry until liquid is evaporated.

4 biji telur
1 tin susu cair
2 sudu besar cuka
360g tepung
1 sudu makan baking powder
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu makan serbuk koko + 50g pewarna merah
400 g gula halus
250g shortening
1 sudu teh vanilla
cara2
1. pukul shortening and gula halus
2. masukkan esen vanilla & telur satu per satu
3. masukkan tepung dan susu cair selang seli
4. masukkan cuka & garam
5. akhir skali masukkan campuran serbuk koko and pewarna merah. yang serbukak koko ni kene gaulkan dulu dgn pewarna merah bg sebati. then masukkan dlm adunan.

120g icing sugar
cara2
1. pukul butter and cream cheese smpai kembang
2. masukkan gula icing and pukul smpai halus & gebu
okay dh. adunan kek tu agak byk. kalau nk sikit org makan boleh bahagi due la. n kdg2 umi suke cheese byk so athirah double kn adunan cheese tu. cuka letak nak bagi masam masam sikit. sebab kalau kt luar org letak wine. selamat mencuba auntie
